What does love mean to you?

CS Lewis said to love is to be vulnerable.

Do you agree? If you could swap out the word vulnerable and fill in the blank,

what would your word be?

Tell me, and you could Win a signed new expanded paperback edition of Becoming Mrs. Lewis.

Click below for a chance to WIN! For US and Canada only.

Contest Dates: Feb 14-Mar 23, 2020

Dear Reader,

“To love at all is to be vulnerable.”

That quote by C. S. Lewis is in his book The Four Loves. How would you fill in the blank of “To love at all is to be ______.” I think we each have our own word for different times in our lives~

Happy 💕 Valentine’s Day to all of you with so much love.

In this newsletter, it’s all about love. The things I’ve found that I love and the books I’ve read about love. The news that has warmed my heart and the exciting things coming up!

We are so close to the expanded edition of Becoming Mrs. Lewis in paperback (and I’ll be packing again to hit the road).

Check it all out below.

With Love, as always,

—Patti

Podcast 🎧

Behind the Scenes of Becoming Mrs. Lewis

This is just a hint, but we have a NEW and EXCITING bonus podcast coming up with the screenwriter and producer, Todd Komarnicki (who produced ELF among many other powerful movies). His production team is developing BECOMING MRS. LEWIS for the screen. More about this soon, but my newsletter subscribers get a first listen!

All About 💗 LOVE

— Things I've Found

Book — Let’s return to the original and profound book on love: THE FOUR LOVES by C. S. Lewis.

Podcast — When it comes to love, poetry always seems to be the first thing that comes to mind (for me). The way that poetry sneaks past the guards of the heart makes me turn to it again and again. Here is one of my all-time favorite podcasts and interviews with the beloved poet, Mary Oliver.

Aesthetic — Don’t know what to send or do to show some love? I found FARMGIRL Flowers a long while ago, and they have been my go-to whenever I want to show appreciation and love. They are so creative, and their flowers divine.

Letter—Have we lost the art of love letters?. Yes, I do believe we have. And although it sounds odd to write a love letter to someone long gone, here I have done so with a love letter to Joy.

Book ✈🧳 Tour

and Paperback Edition

With the paperback release, I am so excited to be back out there to meet as many of you as I can!  The new edition is chock full of bonus material!

From California to Ohio, please join me!
